Colony Creek Estates HOA news

The annual National Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th.  All members and renters are invited to this neighborhood event.  The COT police and the TVF&R will be stopping by to see us IF their schedule allows.  This will allow us to meet and greet the community officers, ask questions, raise concerns, etc.  Hope to see all of you there. The best and easiest way to have all realtor and loan paperwork completed in a timely fashion is to have the business office of the realtor/loan services email the paperwork to the Board.  An electronic file is the best as the Board does not have ready access to a fax machine. The Board representative will complete and return the paperwork via email.
