How to complete realtor and loan paperwork?

The best and easiest way to have all realtor and loan paperwork completed in a timely fashion is to have the business office of the realtor/loan services email the paperwork to the Board.  An electronic file is the best as the Board does not have ready access to a fax machine. The Board representative will complete and return the paperwork via email. Annual Due Notices

The Colony Creek Estates HOA annual due notices are scheduled to be out by the end of January 31, 2020.  Please email us if you do not receive your annual dues notice in the mail.  Remember that all annual dues are payable by March 31, 2020 even if you do not receive your annual dues notice.
